Join Southwest Alternate Media Project and Houston Cinema Arts Society for the monthly Houston Filmmaker Showcase, celebrating the best of our local filmmakers. Tickets are only $5 to catch this amazing lineup of emerging Houston talent.

This month's showcase will be hosted by our friends at Location/Houston. Location/Houston is a collaborative program that pairs Houston-area poets and filmmakers to create 5-minute original poetry films. Selected artists receive a fee and their work premieres in April at the REEL Poetry International Poetry Film Festival. Our 5th annual Location/Houston program will begin accepting submissions in late August.
