This screening will be a homecoming for Acid Test, which features a scene filmed in River Oaks before the remodel! This film from Houston-based Writer/Director Jenny Waldo was shot entirely in Houston with a local cast and crew. It premiered at Austin Film Festival and was nominated for the Texas Independent Film Award by the Houston Film Critics.

The screening will feature a Q&A with the director and select cast in attendance and will include information about Jenny’s next feature film, Mustang Martha, another female-rebellion story set in the 90s and inspired by true events.
